3. Student passed 12^th standard examinations from ICSE/CBSE/other equivalent State Boards are recognized across all medical universities in Russia.

4. Medical Council of India (MCI) has taken a decision in accordance with the Delhi High Court. MCI has declared that Indian students, who won’t appear in the NEET but aspire to enroll in Foreign Medical Universities in 2019, will have to get an Eligibility Certificate issued by MCI at the time of admission.
